হালখাতা বাংলা মাসের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট একটি বার্ষিক বাঙালী ঐতিহ্য এবং ইতিহাসে যার রয়েছে এক তাৎপর্যপূর্ণ অবস্থান। হালখাতা আমাদের সামাজিক জীবনে একে অপরের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক, ভ্রাতৃত্ববোধ এবং আনন্দময় পরিবেশ তৈরিতে এক বিশেষ ভূমিকা পালন করে- যার মধ্যদিয়ে চিহ্নিত হয় এক নতুন পথ চলার অঙ্গীকার।

আর ‘‘গ্যালারী হালখাতা” নামটিকে কেন্দ্র করে অনুপ্রেরণামূলক স্বপ্ন দেখা শুরু এখান থেকেই। আর আমাদের স্বপ্নের বাস্তবায়ণের প্রয়াস হিসেবে আমরা শিল্পকলার বিভিন্ন শাখার শিল্পীদের নিয়ে একটি ভারচুয়্যাল অবস্থান তৈরি করতে আগ্রহী। যেখানে থাকবে শিল্পীদের শিল্প বিষয়ক কথা-বার্তা, অভিমত, গল্প, আড্ডা, ভাবনা, কাজ এবং বিভিন্ন শিল্প প্রর্দশনীতে তাদের উপস্থাপিত বিষয়গুলো। আমরা আশা ও বিশ্বাস করি যে, এর মধ্যদিয়ে বাংলাদেশের শিল্পকে সাধারণ জনগণের কাছে পৌছে দেয়া সম্ভব হবে, শিল্পী ও জনগণের মাঝে সুসম্পর্ক স্থাপিত হবে এবং শিল্প সমাজ এক নতুন মাত্রা লাভে সক্ষম হবে। সর্বপরি আমাদের প্রচেষ্টায় উপস্থাপিত বিষয়গুলো দেশ ছাড়িয়ে বিশ্ববাসীর কাছে পৌছে যাবে বলে প্রত্যাশা রাখি।

Halkhata related to the start of Bengali year is a tradition in our Bengali life and has a significant place in our history. Ensuring a delightful environment it plays a vital role to maintain our relationship and friendship through which we take oath to walk in a new way ahead.

Based on the name Gallery Halkhata we started dreaming to start a YouTube Channel a long time ago. To make our dream true, we are interested to establish a virtual place with help of various artists of art department, where is an arrangement of talk of artists on art, opinion, life-story, gossip, thoughts, works and different aspects of their gallery presentation. We hope and believe through our efforts Bangladeshi arts will be able to reach all people of our country, to establish a connection between art and public as well as Bengali artists will have a new level in the directions of art. In fact aspects presenting on art will not only be able to reach each and every corners of our country, but also the world.
